We believe the church functions best when everyone plays their part!
Our teams provide an opportunity for everyone to use their gifts to make Sunday Gatherings a place where people encounter God and find community. You can be a part of making that happen! Our hope is that when you become part of one of our GS Teams you will feel connected to the life and vision of the church, as well as feel enriched and encouraged in your own faith. It is also a great way to get to know people!

Teams
Worship & Production
We pursue the presence of God together by leading our church in worship. From musicians to sound engineers, we’re looking for people who have a passion to lead people wholeheartedly into an encounter with Jesus.
Kids
We want to see kids enjoy and not endure church! Our hope is to see them fall in love with Jesus. If you’re up for crafts, games and having a whole load of fun, come join us on Sunday’s or our mid-week Stay & Play!
Creative
The creative team is made up of photographers, videographers, artists, dancers and designers, people who long to inspire others to create and see Jesus in everything!
Sunday Live Stream
We capture what’s happening in our gatherings and broadcast it across the world! Whether you have no video experience or a bunch, we would love to meet you!
Hello & Welcome
We want to make people feel instantly at ease and part of the Gas Street family. If you can offer a smile and pour someone a coffee, we'd love to have you on team!
Youth
If you have a heart to see the next generation set on fire for Jesus and living out their calling, come be part of the youth team!
Events
If you love the Christmas, Wildfires, The Orchard and Alpha, then this is the team for you. We’re looking for people to get stuck in with catering, hospitality and ensuring events run as smoothly as possible!
Love Your Neighbour
Love Your Neighbour has a foodbank, a befriending service, CAP Job Club, CAP Debt Centre plus kids and families support. If you’re passionate about helping our church to be light for the city in a practical way, join us!
Colmore Coffee
Help us create a family-friendly environment for our local community. From making coffee to welcoming, there's an opportunity for us all to get stuck in!
Students Pastoral
Come and be part of the pastoral team and help facilitate our Student gatherings on a Tuesday evening. There are lots of opportunities to come alongside our Students and help them find connection and belonging.
DIY & Maintenance
We’re responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of our Gas Street locations and DIY projects. Whether you’re available one day a year or multiple times a week, we’d love your help!
Prayer Ministry
If you’re passionate about prayer and long to see others connect with Jesus we’d love you to be available to pray for people during our Sunday gatherings.
Alpha
Passionate about seeing others give their life to Jesus? We’d love to have you serve on the Alpha team. There are all kinds of roles from serving food and drink to befriending to leading the group discussion!
